SHIPPING POLICY

At tensoraX, we want your Adaptive Correction System™ in your hands as fast as possible. We ship to customers across the United States and internationally, with tracking on every order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

•  Standard Shipping (5 to 7 business days): FREE on all orders

•  Expedited Shipping (2 to 3 business days): $9.99

•  Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $19.99

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

•  Estimated delivery: 7 to 21 business days depending on location

•  Customs and duties are not included in the product price or shipping cost

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time through our website or the carrier's tracking page.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@tensorax.com within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your tensoraX system.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We currently ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping only. Expedited and overnight options are not available for these addresses.
